An important part our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable, for our patient as possible, by offering several payment options. We understand and are sensitive to the fact that dental care can be a significant investment.
You will be given treatment estimates prior to any work with the Doctor. We will as well give options for treatment, if ideal is unattainable. You should feel comfortable about every part of your dental treatment.
We work with most insurance companies and process claims for you electronically, including x-rays and narratives that may be required. Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We verify your insurance for you and give estimation on insurance benefits.

Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit
We offer a cash 5% if payment is made at the time services are rendered, Senior 10% and Professional courtesy adjustments for patients with treatment of $300.00 or more, after insurance payments. Also available are No interest plans from Care Credit, that allow convenient LOW monthly payments over time with NO INTEREST, no annual fees or prepayment penalties, if paid according to contract .
Please Note: Blockley Dental requires payment at the time services are rendered. On treatment over $1000.00, requiring two or more appointments payment can be split into two payments with the first half due at first appointment and the second half due within 3 weeks or seat, whichever is first. Alternate payment arrangements using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit will be provided on a per case basis.
Patients with dental insurance plans- We will work with your insurance company to maximize your treatment benefit. Any outstanding balance, not paid by your insurance company, is patient's responsibility.
